Charles Lazarevic advises law firms, corporates, regulators, central and local government and law enforcement agencies on forensic accounting, contentious business valuations and corporate governance issues.

He is a chartered accountant and forensic accountant with over 35 years experience working in the accounting, financial, economic and commercial aspects of complex business disputes.

Charles is an experienced expert witness, having given oral evidence in courts and tribunals in the UK and abroad on over 30 occasions. He also specialises in contentious valuations of both companies and businesses, and business assets, including intellectual property assets.

A former senior equity partner with a top-10 firm in London, Charles founded Vero Consulting’s investigations team including accountants, analysts and asset tracing experts experienced in corporate, regulatory and criminal investigations.

He is a CEDR-trained mediator, specialising in cases involving complex business and financial issues and experienced in expert determinations and adjudications.
